what do they do?

Basic breakdown is:

Drago - each wing on his back has a certain power, he can take the wing (which in itself is a separate entity of dragon) fuse it with his blades or use them/call them out.

Shikai skills(no names are required to activate skills):
Dragons of Pulsing Flame – A skill granted by one of his guardian dragons, Nedare, flame dragons shoot from both blades and seem to have a mind of their own, finding their own route to an enemy and firing fireballs as they move.
Dragons of Void – A skill granted by one of his guardian dragons, Koku, where voids appear all around him and purple phantom dragons charge in and out of the voids to attack.
Dragons of the Stone – A skill granted by one of his guardian dragons, Madoka, where stone dragons appear where he needs them to block attacks.
Dragons of Phantasm – A skill granted by one of his guardian dragons, Rui, where perfect duplicates of Drago appear all over the battlefield
Dragons of the Blade – A skill granted by one of his guardian dragons, Saiha, where flame covers both of Drago’s swords and with each swing blades of fire shoot towards where he swings.

Me -
Shikai power: Benetora is a kidou based zanpaktou. With the power to drain reiatsu and bestow it on sugar to increase her fighting power. Much like yumichika's. However the ammount of reiatsu she can absorb is only slightly more than what her natural level is. If the blades absorb more than this they crack and shatter from the power absorbed. The more reiatsu is absorbed the heavier the blades become. Hence she only uses shikai sparingly. Her blades naturally absorb reiatsu when released, but absorb 3times more when it touches their opponent's body each time. In shikai she has the power to also absorb a person's special skill for the time her shikai is released. E.g, if a person has a certain ability released then she also has the power to use this. This absorbed skill is released when the blades shatter or the shikai dissipates.
